As a third generation realtor, Ryan Ricks comes from a real estate upbringing. Ryan has a strong
working knowledge of the homebuilding and development process through many years working in and around the profession.
Ryan believes that it is important to stay ahead of his competition. He has found that higher education is one of
the best ways to obtain this goal. Ryan has obtained the designation of a Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) and have
taken many classes designed to help his clients with the purchase of their new homes. Every person on the team is expected to
have this and other buyer oriented designations. Along with achieving CSP status, Ryan has traveled around the
nation taking additional courses to achieve one of the highest levels of education in the Real Estate field. With only one class remaining,
Ryan will have obtained his membership into the Institute of Residential Marketing. This is a highly coveted designation
which less than 1000 people have achieved nation wide. |
